Our Optimal Health Plan is one of several programs we offer, each designed to meet different needs based on your goals, health history, and lifestyle preferences. This particular program takes a holistic approach—addressing healthy movement, nutrition, mindset, and daily habits for long-term success.
While some clients choose our physician-guided medical weight loss program, others prefer (or pair it with) the Optimal Health Plan, which focuses on balanced nutrition—including adequate protein intake to promote muscle retention and overall wellness—along with education, community, and accountability.

- Personalized Plan Selection – Together, we’ll choose the meal plan best suited to your health history and goals.
- Simple, Convenient Nutrition – You’ll enjoy 3–5 portion-controlled meal replacements delivered right to your door, combined with your own balanced meals of lean protein and fresh vegetables—supported by a library of recipes to make it easy and enjoyable.
- Ongoing Education & Support – Gain access to the Habits of Health® education system, app to track food, movement, and hydration, while also tapping into education, recipes, and a supportive online community.
- Weekly Coaching – Receive one-on-one coaching each week to keep you accountable, motivated, and on track.
