Q: How will 5280 health coaching help me?
A: We use a client-centered, habit-based approach to help clients lose fat, gain strength, and improve their health. We do this by providing support, knowledge and accountability through our coaches and community. We couple this with structured portion controlled meal plans and a education system that teaches you how to live a healthy lifestyle, obtain your goals and maintain deep health.
Q: I've tried all weight loss programs... what makes yours so special?
A: Our programs are simple, effective and scientifically-designed to help you lose weight in the quickest, safest manner possible while maintaining your muscle mass. They involve a balanced nutrition program based on your goals, education about lifestyle habits, one-on-one coaching and a support community.
Q: What would prohibit my use of 5280 Health Coachings programs?
A: Most clients are eligible for our weight-loss programs. The only clients who may be ineligible are those who are pregnant, those who are under 13 years of age, and those in active cancer treatment. While this is a medically-optimized program, your health coach may still recommend that you seek counsel from your medical provider for management of certain issues.
Do not use any weight loss program if you are pregnant or under the age of 13. Our teen plan is appropriate for teens (13 to 17 years of age). For special medical or dietary needs, including food allergies, talk to your health coach.
When following a weight-loss program, talk with your healthcare provider about any medications, especially Coumadin® (warfarin), lithium, diabetes medication or medications for high blood pressure.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: We have several different programs designed for special circumstances. The cost will depend on which program you choose and your goals but typically costs about what you are already spending for food and beverages daily. In order to get an idea of which program would work for you and how much it costs, please schedule your complimentary Health Assessment or contact us via phone, email or social media.
Q: How do I get more information?
A: In order to determine which program fits with your health goals, schedule a complimentary health assessment. This 30-40 minute phone appointment is essential to our program and your journey! We will assess your current health, discuss your personal goals, and suggest the customized program for you. If you are short on time you can fill out our online health assessment so we can connect for a brief overview after reviewing your responses.
