BODY COMPOSITION WITH INBODY
Why should I measure my body composition?
When it comes to health and fitness, the scale doesn’t tell you the whole story and BMI isn't always a good estimate. Your body is made up of muscle, fat and water. So, losing weight is not the same as losing fat. Likewise, gaining weight may not be fat. Our InBody Body Composition Report provides extensive data relevant to body composition that can be used to efficiently lose fat, dial in your nutrition, identify muscle deficiencies and more.
Through the use of multiple frequency, bio-electrical impedance analysis, the InBody allows for accurate and non-invasive body composition testing in less than 30 seconds. InBody offers accurate results similar to other “gold standard” methods of analysis at a fraction of the time and cost without the invasion of your personal space. This quick, easy and precise analysis provides an objective starting point to track your progress as you start, or continue, on your quest to better health and fitness. No more pinching. No more dunking. Get results you can trust so you can reach your goals with precision and actionable objectives. The InBody Result Sheet provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water. This data is also available through the InBody app (available on iOS and Android.)
How Often Should I Test My Body Composition?
